Auto Body Parts Driver
Job Requirements:
• Must have a CLEAN driver's license with NO POINTS and NO ACCIDENTS.• Must be able to work well under pressure and follow procedures.
• Must be open to work in all boroughs and Long Island.
• Must be able to drive a Full size Ford or Chevy Van, including box trucks.
Outline & Responsibilities:
• Deliver auto body parts to auto body shops and repair shops in a timely fashion.
• Accurately verifying parts that are loaded onto truck
• Unloading parts at customer's place of business.
• Collecting payments from customers.
• Able to work 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
Auto Body Parts Customer Service Representative
Job Requirements:
• Must be familiar with most car makes and models.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Should have a pleasant, courteous, and professional disposition, with the ability to maintain great relationships with customers.
Outline & Responsibilities:
• Work hours: 7:45 to 5:15 Monday through Friday.
• Handling inbound phone calls, assisting customers with price quotes and processing orders.
• Resolving customer's issues patiently and with the utmost courtesy.
